Puh. Durchatmen ist angesagt. Nach den Aufträgen in Berlin, Paris und Heidelberg in dieser Woche stand mein Umzug auf dem Programm. Ich weiß nicht, wie wir es hinbekommen haben, aber es ist vollbracht. Zudem war ich gesundheitlich auch alles andere auf der Höhe, weswegen ich mich jetzt sehr auf mein Bett freue. Haken dran & weitermachen. Das Foto von Thomas ist im Casino entstanden. Ich und bestimmt auch alle anderen Gäste schätzen Ihn aufgrund seiner stets freundlichen, lockeren aber trotzdem sehr professionellen Art im Service. In seiner gastronomischen Laufbahn ist er auch schon in Sternehäusern wie der Traube Tonbach zuhause gewesen. Und jetzt sage ich für den heutigen Tag endlich: Gute Nacht.
